Koinonia Pottery stands behind its product and wants you to be completely satisfied. Pottery is fragile so care must be taken to protect the piece. Do NOT place on direct flame or electric burners. Do NOT take from the freezer and place in the oven without bringing it to room temperature.

If there are any problems, contact us immediately. If something is broken in shipping, save all packing materials and the broken piece and contact us right away.

Returns that are not from damage or company error must be shipped at the customer's expense.
